Best insurance agency around. I was referred to Nick Phelps from a real estate investor colleague. Nick provides personal service, he hooks me with great companies, takes care of the details and makes life very simple for me, isn't that you what you want from your insurance guy or gal. Plus if Nick isn't in the office, the others step in to help me out with whatever I need. That's called Teamwork !!

My neighbor Leroy goes to these guys. They are pretty amazing. I gave him a ride to their office. They were fast, kind, conscientious and very fair price for him to put new vehicle on road. Nice for a small town.

They're just the best. I get more agitated by insurance than the average consumer but I couldn't be happier with an insurance agent than I am with Phelps. They're very knowledgeable and they work for me and make things easy for me. Highly recommend them!

They don’t just sell you a plan, they explain to you what is in the plan and stand by their word every step of the way. Any time I’ve ever had a question, they’ve been spent their time to answer it. Over the years, I’ve gone from renter’s insurance to homeowners as well as added new cars to the policy, all with better rates and more importantly better service than the other big names out there.
